Send me the business. I reply with the one thing I would fix first.
The look is free and it is not a sales call. You send one URL, what you sell, and one sentence on what is broken. I read the site the way a buyer and an answer engine both read it, then reply naming the single thing I would fix first and why that one before the others. No meeting, no sequence, no proposal attached to the back of it. If the honest answer is that you do not need help, that is the reply you get.

Send me the business.
Leave your details. I look at the business and send the one thing I would fix first. No sequence.
One answer, not a report.
Most free reviews are a scan with a call attached. This is a person reading your business and telling you where it leaks. If the constraint is the offer, you get told it is the offer. If it is follow-up, you get told that instead, along with what to check first.
The rungs, in order.
Nothing below is required, and the look does not funnel into any of it automatically.
- Operator Score, free. Six questions, your constraint in plain language.
- The Teardown, $197. One URL, where you are losing leads, ranked.
- The Diagnostic, $1,497. Constraint map and a sequenced 90 day plan.
- Embedded Operator. In the business weekly, running the layer with you.
About the look.
What does the free look actually get me?
A reply from Brice naming the one thing he would fix first, based on your site, your offer, and what you said is broken. It is a real answer, not a scheduling link. Most replies run a few paragraphs.
Is there a call?
No. You send the details, you get a written reply. If you want to talk after reading it, you can ask, but nothing here requires a meeting.
What happens to my details?
They go into the NOiC contact record so Brice can reply and so a follow-up has context. No sequence, no drip campaign, and nothing is sold on. You can ask to be removed at any time.
How long does it take?
Usually within a couple of business days. It is one person reading it, not a queue, so it is honest rather than instant.
Do I need a website for this?
It helps, because the site is the fastest way to see how the offer and the follow-up are set up. If you do not have one, send whatever is public: a booking page, a profile, a listing.
What if the answer is that I do not need you?
Then that is the reply. Plenty of looks end with a fix the owner can run themselves. Saying so is the point of doing it for free.
