Payment information is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, and is not stored on NOiC servers. No system is 100 percent secure, however, and NOiC cannot guarantee that information transmitted or stored will be free from unauthorized access.
Your password is a key part of security. You are responsible for protecting it. If you believe your password or account has been compromised, change it immediately and notify us at brice@no1iscoming.com.
Your Rights
- Promotional Opt-Out: You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Transactional emails (order confirmations, scheduling, account notices) will continue regardless of your marketing preference.
- SMS Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any NOiC SMS message to opt out. See our SMS Communication Consent page for details.
- Data Requests: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing brice@no1iscoming.com. We will respond within 30 days. For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
- Data Retention: After termination of an engagement or account, some or all of your data may be retained for as long as NOiC has a legitimate business or legal purpose to retain it.

Exercising Your Rights
Submit verifiable consumer requests to brice@no1iscoming.com. You may make a verifiable request up to twice per 12-month period. NOiC will respond within 45 days, with the possibility of a 45-day extension if needed.
Non-Discrimination
NOiC will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right.
International Data Transfers
NOiC is headquartered in North Carolina, United States. To provide the Services, we transfer your data to and process it in the United States. By using the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in the United States.
Children
NOiC does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. The Services are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to NOiC, contact us at brice@no1iscoming.com and we will delete the information.
