This Privacy Policy applies to all activities you engage in with NOiC, including the website at no1iscoming.com, command.no1iscoming.com, and any service, product, or assessment offered by NOiC (the “Services”).
Data You Give Us
NOiC may collect different data from or about you, depending on how you use NOiC's Services. Data we may collect includes:

- Intake Data: The responses you submit when completing an intake form, diagnostic form, quiz, or assessment.

- Usage Data: Data showing your usage of the Services, including pages visited, content downloaded, links clicked, and time on site.

How We Receive Your Data
NOiC and service providers acting on its behalf (such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and similar analytics or advertising platforms) use server log files and automated data collection tools like cookies, tags, scripts, customized links, and device or browser fingerprints when you access and use the Services. These methods automatically track and collect certain data.
NOiC uses cookies (small files that websites send to your device) for purposes including:

Campaign and Click Identifiers
When you arrive from a link that carries campaign parameters (such as utm_source or utm_campaign) or an advertising click identifier (such as gclid from Google, fbclid from Meta, msclkid from Microsoft, or similar identifiers from other ad platforms), NOiC records them in a first-party cookie named noic_attr, scoped to no1iscoming.com and its subdomains and retained for up to 90 days. This cookie may also hold a random visitor identifier, a session identifier, Meta browser identifiers (_fbp and _fbc) where present, and a Google Analytics client identifier. If you later submit a form or make a purchase, these values are stored with your record so that NOiC can understand which campaign or referral led to the inquiry and, where you arrived from an advertisement, report the resulting conversion back to the advertising platform that served it. NOiC does not use these identifiers to advertise other companies' products to you.
How We Use and Share Your Data
NOiC uses your data in several ways, including but not limited to the following:
- Providing and administering the Services, including delivering diagnostics, reports, and assessments.
- Processing your orders, intakes, and requests.
- Communicating with you about your account, your engagement, and your purchases.
- Facilitating the technical functioning of the Services, including troubleshooting, security, and fraud prevention.

- Marketing related services and content that may be of interest to you.

Sharing with Third Parties
- Service Providers: NOiC shares your data with third-party companies who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), text messaging (Twilio, where SMS is offered), hosting (Vercel, Supabase), analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), and customer support tools. Business information you submit through intake, quiz, or Look forms may be processed by an AI service provider (Anthropic) to help draft replies and analyses; do not include passwords, patient information, or other secrets in free-text fields. These providers may access your data only as needed to perform their function and are required to keep it confidential.
- Legal Compliance and Safety: NOiC may disclose your data if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is permitted or required by law, requested as part of a judicial or governmental inquiry, reasonably necessary to enforce our agreements, or required to protect against fraud, abuse, or harm to NOiC, its users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: If NOiC undergoes a merger, acquisition, dissolution, or sale of all or part of its assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.
- With Your Consent: NOiC may share data with third parties outside the scope of this Privacy Policy if you give explicit consent.
NOiC does not sell your personal information. NOiC does not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Security
NOiC takes commercially reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data. Payment information is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, and is not stored on NOiC servers. No system is 100 percent secure, however, and NOiC cannot guarantee that information transmitted or stored will be free from unauthorized access.
Your password is a key part of security. You are responsible for protecting it. If you believe your password or account has been compromised, change it immediately and notify us at brice@no1iscoming.com.
Your Rights
- Promotional Opt-Out: You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Transactional emails (order confirmations, scheduling, account notices) will continue regardless of your marketing preference.
- SMS Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any NOiC SMS message to opt out. See our SMS Communication Consent page for details.
- Data Requests: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing brice@no1iscoming.com. We will respond within 30 days. For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
- Data Retention: As a guide: lead and inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after last contact; billing and transaction records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes; the noic_attr attribution cookie persists for up to 90 days; analytics data is retained per the analytics providers' standard windows. Data tied to an active engagement is kept for the life of the engagement. Beyond these periods, data may be retained only where NOiC has a specific legal obligation to do so.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding your personal information.
Access and Data Portability
You may request that NOiC disclose: the categories of personal information collected, the sources of that information, the business purpose for collecting it, the categories of third parties with whom it is shared, and the specific pieces of personal information collected.
Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information that NOiC has collected, subject to legal exceptions for completing transactions, detecting security incidents, complying with legal obligations, and similar reasons.
Exercising Your Rights
Submit verifiable consumer requests to brice@no1iscoming.com. You may make a verifiable request up to twice per 12-month period. NOiC will respond within 45 days, with the possibility of a 45-day extension if needed.
Non-Discrimination
NOiC will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right.
International Data Transfers
NOiC, LLC is organized in North Carolina, United States, with operations based in Lindale, Texas. To provide the Services, we transfer your data to and process it in the United States. By using the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in the United States.
Children
NOiC does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. The Services are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to NOiC, contact us at brice@no1iscoming.com and we will delete the information.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
NOiC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the website or by sending an email. Modifications are effective on the day posted unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
