This page describes how NOiC, LLC collects consent to send SMS messages to operators who engage with NOiC.
1. Program Description
NOiC is a business advisory and operator-grade content brand serving owner-operated businesses across the United States. NOiC sends SMS messages exclusively to operators who have opted in during an intake, quiz, checkout, or scheduling process.
Messages include:
- Diagnostic and report delivery confirmations
- Engagement scheduling and reminders
- Time-sensitive updates relevant to your active engagement
- Operator briefings and content drops you have explicitly opted into
Typical message frequency is 1 to 8 messages per month, depending on the program.
2. How We Collect Consent
NOiC uses a two-step consent process during intake and checkout.
Step 1: Informational Notice
On any intake flow that collects a phone number, an informational notice appears stating that by continuing, your information will be stored and you may receive SMS messages if you opt in. This notice links to this SMS Communication Consent page so you can review the program before submitting.
Step 2: Active Opt-In
When you submit a phone number, an unchecked checkbox appears. You must actively select the checkbox to consent to SMS messages. Full disclosure language is displayed directly next to the checkbox.
- Consent is never assumed or pre-checked.
- Selecting the checkbox is not required to complete the intake or purchase.
- Your opt-in is recorded with timestamp at the moment you submit the form.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose other than to deliver the messages you opted in to receive (for example, with our SMS carrier or messaging provider).
3. Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any NOiC SMS message. One confirmation message will be sent; no further messages will follow.
To resume messages after opting out, reply START.
4. Help
Reply HELP to any NOiC message or email brice@no1iscoming.com for support.
5. Carriers and Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NOiC is not responsible for carrier fees associated with receiving SMS messages.
NOiC's messaging program is operated in compliance with CTIA messaging principles and the carrier 10DLC framework. Supported US carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, US Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. NOiC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues.
